The kickoff for SummerREAD will be Monday, June 2nd from 9:30am to 8:30pm. SummerREAD is for all ages, from the very youngest member of your family to the oldest. Even if a young child cannot read, you can read to them. Whatever your age you may read any book you like, or listen to an audio book. Stop by the library June 2nd and register. Don’t forget to pick up your gift for registering. Register one time, and then each time you are in the library write down how many books you have listened to or read. Make SummerREAD a part of your summer fun.

Young people, ages 10-16, are needed as volunteers to help with the Public Library's SummerREAD program.  Application forms may be picked up at the Children's desk in the library.
