Food Recipes Fun and Easy cooking Any-Kind-of-Quiche Use one store bought pie dough crust (the kind you unroll works best, such as Pillsbury) Standard Filling: 3 tablespoons chopped onion (optional) For filling: Add, from your choice of fillings, any vegetables which require sautéing; cook until barely tender. Add other ingredients from your choice of fillings; spread this mixture evenly over unbaked crust. Beat together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg; pout into crust. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-50 minutes until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Filling 1: Easy Lime Chicken In 1 gallon zip lock bag, mix ½ cup lime juice, 1/3 cup Olive Oil, 4 green onions, chopped, 1 tablespoon garlic, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper and 8 boneless chicken breasts. Seal bag and smoosh, let marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
