Higher Education It's not too early to start thinking about college. Eighth graders and their parents are invited to attend an open house to help them start planning for this very important event. The open house will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Owens Community College, Findlay Campus in the Community Education and Wellness Center. Don't miss the fun! There will be hands on activities for the eighth grade students in the Owens' science, engineering, and computer labs. Parents will have an opportunity to learn about financing college, preparing for college, and post secondary enrollment options. Plan to arrive at 5:30 p.m. for a cookout.
